If you have any concerns regarding our conduct, or the conduct of another insolvency practitioner, we would of course invite you to contact our Practice Manager in the first instance to discuss the issue. If your concerns cannot be resolved ourselves, or with the assistance of our independent compliance consultants, a formal complaint may be made to our regulatory body via the Government’s Insolvency Service Complaints Gateway (this the gateway through which all complaints against insolvency practitioners are to be made from 5 June 2013):
