Parker Andrews Awarded Best Employer Accolade
We are delighted to announce that Parker Andrews have received the award for being the Best Employer for Innovation (Small Business) at the 2014 Pure Resourcing/Eras Best Employer Eastern Region awards.Â
This award not only recognises our innovative culture and focus on staff development, it also acknowledges our commitment to being an exceptional employer in the Eastern region.
Since joining in January 2014 from previous corporate roles in London, Practice Manager Jo Moore has led an initiative to improve employee engagement across the business. This has enabled us to understand and address the support and training requirements of our team as well as develop an exceptional work culture.
Jo Moore said of the award: “I’m really, really pleased with the recognition this award brings, especially as this is based on a survey completed confidentially by our own employees, and compared against other employers in the region. The team here are extremely dedicated and hard working in an industry dealing with difficult situations, and at times we have been guilty of focusing more so on the technical aspect of our work. I am pleased to have addressed this with a number of initiatives and the team have responded very positively, making for a happier and more contented, supported team.”
